2008 Dodge Caliber making clunking noise?

This only started happening about 30 mins ago, but every time I start my car there is a clunking sound that repeats like 2 times while starting up. I turned off the car multiple times and started it up again to check to see if it would go away and it has not. It drives just as usual and brakes as usual and it does not make that clunking sound other than when just starting up. I just got an oil change so I don't think that could be an issue.
