Wat graduate n post graduate degrees are suitable to land up a job in automobile design wid westrn car makers?

i am currently done with my 12th.i was hoping to get through jee but my rank isnt satisfactory.i have all other options open.i have an interest in automobile designing and want to make a career out of it abroad.i wud be glad if sum1 cud help me with graduate n post grad degree requirements.
