I want a mossberg 4x4 and was wandering if I should get a 30-06 or 270.?

You want the 30-06 if you're hunting bear for sure and I prefer it when hunting deer out to 250-300yds; that would also have you covered for hunt although a .22 can take them out. If you have a wide open area you're hunting go with the 270, it does shoot much flatter.
