Is repeating JEE a good option?

I qualified JEE 2011 with a rank of 3962 but when i checked the open-close of 2010, i'm not getting any core engineering courses in any old IIT. I was consistently at 97 + percentile in the All India Test Series and I've got a good understanding of concepts. Also suggest good coaching options. I live in chennai.
