I got 59.6 % in my 12th exam can i give iit-jee next year if i give improvement and got good mark's ?

I got 59.6 mark's in my 12th exam now i want to give improvement exam ,tell me all about improvement exam,i passed my 12th from cbse board ,if i will get more than 60 % mark's can i give iit-jee next year.??????
