Calibre and Kindle 3 Wi-Fi?

Can you give us more details about exactly what you see when you connect the Kindle via USB? When I connect mine to my PC (running Windows 7), it mounts the drive and calls it Kindle. When I double click on that, it shows me several folders including one called documents. I drag and drop files into the documents folder, and when I disconnect, it add those to the list of available books. Exactly what do you see when you connect the Kindle?
