My orissa jee rank is 01 with resvn. outstate. In online counselling details given shows wrong info.Why?

While new rgstrn. in www.ojee.nic.in, I give my rollno. and applcn.no, DOB. On submission, it says "candiate with this info. doesnot exist". Again same rollno. shows rank01 in official site. Someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
