What model BoreSnake would be closest to the caliber 7.62x54r?

I'm interested in picking one up (would be my first centerfire rifle). I've been using a bore snake for my .17 hmr, and have gotten hooked. Also, how much of a PITA would it be to get it to shooting condition?
