What is the most accurate large caliber rifle bullet?

Accuracy is mostly limited to the shooter with modern calibers. However all rounds do have their limitations and some more suited for longer ranges as well as some are more suited for closer shots. Personally I like the 22-250 for long range and up close 35 Rem. Any and all in between. I hate 7 mm mag and 300 mag.
